Become a Certified Leadership Coach

The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Unique to the program is our partnership with Heidrick & Struggles, a worldwide leadership advisory firm, which provides you with real-world applications of executive coaching. The program is designed to develop your coaching skills and provide you with a significant opportunity to put your newfound skills into meaningful practice.

After completion of the program, you have met the academic requirements for two ICF certifications: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
