The Use of Metaphor as a Powerful Coaching Tool

During her more than 30 years of coaching, Martha Tilyard developed a powerful program for using metaphor in coaching to help her clients deal with difficult situations and develop compelling goals. She has taught this process to coaches and counselors in the Triad with enthusiastic feedback.  Her own clients use phrases like "the most powerful experience I've had", "amazing", and transformative." In this program, Martha will introduce this process, share experiences using it, and answer questions about its uses in coaching.
