There will be group conversations and experiential exercises. This programming is free to Chapter members and affiliates, both of whom can bring guests interested in exploring the coaching profession.

Topic:  Helping Clients Control Their Outcomes

We all want to better control our outcomes in life. We often feel the world is out of our control and we aren't able to make things in life work the way we want. Yet we can make decisions that determine our outcomes! And so can our clients!

As a coach, you want to help your client recognize the control they do have in their life and figure out how to make that work for them in day-to-day living. The more they can recognize this and live by their learnings, the more successfully they can live their life.

The key to this is understanding how our decisions, values, emotions, etc., all work in our lives. In this Coaching Conversations program, we'll explore how the deeper discovery of these factors can contribute to your client achieving their goals.

ICF Core Competencies Addressed:
Establishing Trust and Intimacy with a Client, Coaching Presence, Active Listening, Powerful Questioning
