July Coaching Conversations

When: 7/24/2018 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM
Where:
Amelie's NoDa, 2424 N. Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC 28205
The 2017 member survey suggested a need for more frequent, informal gathering of coaches to get together outside of the regular monthly meetings. Coaching Conversations events will provide new and experienced coaches an opportunity to share best coaching practices, experiences and challenges in a relaxed environment. Each session will be facilitated by an experienced coach from our chapter and will focus on a specific skill or competency that relates to the art and process of coaching. These events will include group conversations and experiential exercises. They're free to chapter members and affiliates, who are welcome to bring guests interested in exploring the coaching profession.

Topic: Stepping Into Your Greatness

As a coach, you are able to hold the highest vision and possibilities for your clients even in times when they cannot. What would happen if you held that same space for yourself? Imagine the transformation in your life and business if you said "yes" to embracing your greatness, living and working from your innermost authenticity, tapping into your power, and expressing your unique genius as gifts to the world.

We will explore and share:
  • What gets in the way of your greatness?
  • How can you step into your greatness and transform your life and business?
  • What impact would being aligned with your greatness have on your clients?
  • Why does it feel easier and safer to play it small and not to shine?
  • What are the differences between playing it big and bold, and being egotistical or narcissistic?
Date: July 24, 4:30-5:45 p.m., networking to follow.

Location: Amélie's French Bakery & Café, 2424 North Davidson Street #102, Charlotte, N.C.
We will meet in the atrium space, located at the rear of Amelie's.
