Meet Vicki Escudé

Vicki Escudé, M.A., MCC, CH, is an international pioneer in the coaching profession and the owner of Executive Leadership Coaching, LLC. She offers coach training and mentoring, leadership coaching, seminars, team development, and presents keynote speeches globally.

Active in the International Coach Federation to promote the professionalism of coaching since 1998, she was elected to the Global Board of Directors of ICF for 2005-2008, and served on the ICF-Charlotte Board of Directors for 2015-2016. She volunteers for the Coaching Initiative, in which master coaches provide coaching for nonprofit CEOs.
