Noël McCall, Executive Director for Patriots Path

Drawing from over 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, executive recruiter, and civic leader in the Charlotte community, Noël McCall brings a wealth of knowledge and real world support to veterans as they navigate the process of finding employment as civilians.

A graduate of Davidson College with a BA in Political Science, Noël began her career recruiting managerial talent for an international firm. In 1989, she founded All Type Graphics & Design, Inc., a Charlotte-based graphic arts and printing company.  During her 15 years as co-owner of the company, she also served as Vice President Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all of the company's production, financial, marketing, and human resource operations.

After the successful sale of her company in 2004, Noël worked briefly in higher education as the Director of Placement for a local college before contributing as a Partner and Consultant with an international executive search and leadership development firm headquartered in Charlotte. She supported Northeastern University-Charlotte's expansion as Vice President, Corporate & Clinical Partnerships and currently serves as Executive Director for Patriots Path having founded the organization in July 2013.

Noël continues to play an active role in the community serving on the board of directors for Eagle Rock Camp as well as the USO of North Carolina and The Symphony Guild of Charlotte. She is an active member/volunteer in Women Executives, PEO and Rotary International among others.
