There will be group conversations and experiential exercises. This programming is free to Chapter members and affiliates, both of whom can bring guests interested in exploring the coaching profession.

Questions that we will explore during this 'Coaching Conversations" event are:
  • How do we meet the client where they are in coach moments?
  • How do we actively listen when our mind wanders with our own challenges/crises?
  • How do we know that our questions created discovery and mind shifts for clients?
  • How many words are in a strong, Powerful Question?
  • How do we ask, not tell or make it about us when we've been there/done that?
  • Have you ever struggled for questions during a coaching session?
