Mentor Coach: Lynn Dessert, PCC
A few years ago, I was asked by another coach to provide ICF mentor coaching for their ACC certification. I declined, even with lots of coaching experience (2,700+ coaching hours).
My belief is mentor coaches elevate their value, deepen their knowledge and are better prepared after completing a certification process. We learn about our own biases, how to provide evidenced-based feedback and to avoid our personal opinion.
Because of that one question, I became a Certified Mentor Coach (35 CCEUs) in 2018. Additionally, I am on track to apply for my MCC this year. Let me support you in reaching your next level of competency.
