The Book Club will discuss "Boundaries for Leaders: Results, Relationships and Being Ridiculously in Charge," by Henry Cloud.
Cloud is a clinical psychologist who explains how the best leaders set boundaries within their organizations--with their teams and with themselves--to improve performance and increase employee and customer satisfaction. He offers practical advice on how to manage teams, coach direct reports, and instill strong values and culture in organizations.
Members of the Book Club take a collaborative approach in determining the book for future meetings.
