April Virtual Coaching Conversations (Virtual via Zoom only)

When: 04/21/2020 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM
Virtual via Zoom (Link will be sent upon registration)

The emergence of coaching uncovers many underpinning philosophies, styles, and techniques. While the fundamental purposes of coaching are relatively aligned, we observe the evolution of specialized coaching. As coaching areas are freshly discovered and evolve, many questions arise for those entering or already existing within the coaching arena. One such area for exploration is the idea of "Performance Coaching". What is it? How does it differ from other areas of coaching? What coaching tools are available that work within performance coaching and what is the realized value? How do I measure my client's performance yet still maintain a level of client confidentiality when others may be involved? These are a few of many possible questions to be explored at this month's Coaching Conversation. We invite you to join us to discuss various coaching tools and how to effectively measure the value of coaching within the domain of performance coaching.

During the coaching conversation we will:

  • Overcome our preconceptions around performance coaching styles
  • Explore various ways to handle client relationships that are based on performance.
  • How to quantify the effects of coaching on employee performance.

ICF Competencies:

This session has been approved for 1.0 Continuing Coach Education Units for Coaching Awareness and Coaching Presence.
