We will be celebrating 15 years of the ICF - Charlotte Chapter, a great time to discuss how celebrations are used in coaching! Plan to be engaged in a lively discussion of the value of celebrations led by our Chapter President, Rita Woodard.
Rita received formal training as a coach as she completed her Masters of Science in Organizational Development at Queens University of Charlotte. She is currently working towards her PCC with a Master Coach. This will be a meaningful opportunity to learn new creative tools for your practice, and to reintegrate with the Charlotte coaching community.
