Brenda ReuterMeet your presenter: Brenda Reuter

Brenda leverages 15+ years as an HR leader in global Fortune 500 firms by collaborating with enterprise functions to amplify inclusion, engagement, growth, and productivity across organizations. Her career spans work in leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition and diversity initiatives, unlocking employee potential and impact. She is currently the VP and Chief Diversity Officer of Kontoor brands, parent company of the iconic brands, Wrangler and Lee.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in interpersonal Communications from Mercer university, a Masters in Organizational Development  from Queens University, and is currently a PhD student in the Leadership program at North Carolina A&T. In addition, Brenda has DEI certification from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Wake Forest University. She has also certifications in DISC and Whole Brain Thinking (HBDI), Six Sigma and Myers-Brigg. 

Brenda defines success through stakeholder engagement and her passion for equipping leaders and teams to elevate human-centered excellence leads all efforts to make work more meaningful.
