November Book Club Meeting: The Coaching Habit - Part 2

Regardless of our length of time and amount of experience coaching, it's always good to periodically self-assess how consistently and effectively we are demonstrating the ICF Core Competencies. Join us via Zoom for a facilitated discussion of Chapters 4-7 of the book The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier. You will be able to contribute and learn even if you haven't read any of the book yet! In this session, we'll dive deeply into four of Bungay Stanier's seven essential questions and tools for leaders and coaches: Foundation Question, Lazy Question, Strategic Question and Learning Questions.
The goals of our discussion are to:
- Expand our understanding of the core competencies
- Explore an approach to ensure we're consistently demonstrating those competencies

Meet Your Facilitators: Harvey Smith, MCC & Christine Kenney, ACC

Before becoming a coach, Christine held senior leadership positions for a number of organizations large and small in a variety of different industries, including financial services, insurance, education, utilities and consulting.
