Toni's coach school training provided rigorous coursework for team and group coaching.  With this knowledge Toni developed a team coaching practice for over 10 years. This long term experience in team coaching led to her selection by ICF to work on the development and calibration of the new Advanced Team Coaching exam for credentialing.

Years of team coaching led Toni into group coaching as she expanded her coaching practice. Lessons from over ten years of group coaching confirms the coaching benefits of both the group and the individual in meeting their goals. Toni specializes in group coaching with clergy in the area of self-care and leadership across the state of SC. She also provides training and facilitates workshops on clergy self-care.  Toni was trained by Dr. Victoria Bernhardt in strategic planning and data analysis in schools and districts.  This training and experience equipped her to provide strategic planning for non-profits, build relationships, develop trust and provide accountability for teams using resources such as "Five Dysfunctions of a Team", "The Speed of Trust" and "Start With Why".

Toni is a National facilitator for Narrative 4, and International organization which provides groups of students and adults the opportunity to experience empathy through story.
