April Coaching Conversations

When: 4/16/2019 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM
Where:
MayoBird, 1531 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC

The vision of Coaching Conversations is to afford coaches, both new and experienced, an additional opportunity to share best coaching practices, experiences and challenges so they can grow professionally in a relaxed environment. Each session will be facilitated by an experienced coach from our chapter and will focus on a specific skill or competency that relates to the art and process of coaching. There will be group conversations and experiential exercises. This programming is free to Chapter members and affiliates, both of whom can bring guests interested in exploring the coaching profession.

Topic:  Amplifying Your Coaching Presence

It's said that your "Vibe Attracts Your Tribe".  How we show up to a coaching session greatly influences our clients.  Our energy will always influence others by either attracting people to us or repelling people away from us. The great new is that you can amplify your energy to start attracting clients & positive results!

Questions that we will explore during the 'Coaching Conversations' event are:

  • How does your personal energy affect your coaching sessions?
  • What routines or rituals do you do when you need to perform at your best?  Explain why.
  • What rituals or routines do you currently do to prepare yourself for your coaching session, or do you do anything at all?
  • How can the Triad (physiology, focus, meaning) and a 2mm shift help you show up to a coaching session differently?
  • What is the difference between an incantation & an affirmation? Do you utilize these?
  • How will a coach who is amplifying his/her energy through incantations affect the client differently than a coach who does not prepare for a session?
