About DiSC
The DiSC Index is the most contemporary interpretation of Dr. William Marston's groundbreaking work into understanding and measuring a person's "natural and adaptive behavioral styles". Since each individual has his/her own unique preferences and habits for how he/she likes to behave, this understanding is crucial when working with your coaching and consulting clients.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: Communication skills are essential to the improvement of productivity and effectiveness for any individual engaging others in a workplace environment. Through the Dynamic Communication Workshop, participants will develop a greater appreciation for their own behavioral style and the diversity of behavioral style of their clients and their clients' business environment and their teams.

PROVEN APPLICATIONS Dynamic Communication is a behaviorally-based communication workshop based on the DiSC behavioral model. This highly validated assessment tool is used universally to create improvements in the following areas: coaching, leadership, customer service, team building, social relationships, talent management, job selection, hiring and retention, consulting, sales development and conflict resolution. More explanation of the origins and practical use of the DiSC tool will be included during the program.

PERSONALIZED REPORTS: Prior to the workshop, each participant will receive an online assessment to complete; all reports will be reviewed prior to the workshop by Carolina Business Coach. Participants will receive their results reports (approximately 65 pages) as a 'workbook' for the program. DiSC assessments are used worldwide in organizations of all sizes, profit and nonprofit, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

VALIDATION: The DiSC Index is fully validated and exceeds standards set by the EEOC for validity and reliability.
