Bob DeMers is the founder and principal of Coaching Works www.coaching-works.net, a coaching, consulting, organizational, and leadership development firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Mediator, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), former television meteorologist, and long-term business owner, he brings a wide-range of professional expertise and life experience in helping his clients elevate their levels of personal, professional, relational, and business success.

Professional services include organizational coaching, small business coaching, entrepreneurial coaching, executive coaching, public speaking coaching, and life coaching. In addition, Coaching Works offers workshops in team and trust-building, leadership training and development, and WorkPlace BigFive ProFile personality assessments for individuals, groups, teams, management, and executives.

Bob is a contributing author to the book Blueprint for Success, along with Steven Covey and Ken Blanchard. In addition, he is currently authoring Emotional Composting™ 101, a practical, insightful, and intriguingly quantum perspective on how to effectively harness and leverage the powerfully creative energy of emotions toward achieving personal, professional, relational, and business success.

Bob enjoys forecasting the weather, listening to music, playing piano, guitar, jogging, sports, being a Red Sox fan, cooking outrageous desserts, spending time outdoors, being a partner, and being a dad.
