Coach U2 Lead works with women leaders both in the professional and small business industries to achieve success by helping them develop the skills and strategies to get them in balance and on track to creating the career or business they desire. Our leadership training and coaching focus on helping our clients to:

Community Activities
Dawn serves her community in varying leadership roles and is involved with the following organizations:
  • Charlotte Film Festival – annual 3 day event held in September uptown; serve on the advisory board with the direction of the festival, manage financials from ticket sales from the event and also participate on the film review committee for finalist film selections.
  • Volunteer facilitator for Lois’ Lodge, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a safe and healthy place for young women to live during an unexpected pregnancy. I help out with workshops to help develop life, leadership and career building skills as these women work through their challenges with unplanned pregnancy.
  • Save Darfur – Charlotte coalition – helping to bring awareness about the genocide taking place in Darfur through local fund raising events.
