Janet Caffray is an action-oriented coach for those who are ready to embrace a higher level of professional and personal success. Her clients include top-level executives, senior managers, business owners and individuals looking to make significant change.

Janet is passionate about her work and delights in helping her clients achieve exceptional business results, increase their professional satisfaction and undergo personal transformations. Using practical and proven methods, she coaches individuals, groups and organizations to leverage strengths and create processes that enhance performance and productivity.

Janet's coaching and consulting business, Reach For More, is built on 18 years of experience as a human resources executive within the fast-paced and highly competitive financial services industry. As a Senior Vice President with Bank of America, Janet worked one-on-one with executives to design and execute strategies that consistently exceeded profitability goals; coached emerging leaders through challenging transitions into roles of increased responsibility; and implemented large, enterprise-wide projects that significantly impacted the bottom line.

Education, Training and Certifications
Janet graduated from Coach University, the international leader in coach training programs, and is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She also holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the highest level awarded by the Society For Human Resources. She serves as an executive coach for leadership development at the McColl Graduate School of Business at Queens University and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Values Analyst. Janet achieved a Black Belt certification within the rigorous Six Sigma methodology, which uses data and statistical analysis to measure and improve a company's operational performance. She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Tampa and her B.S. from State University of New York at Binghamton.

Community Activities

Janet is a Global Village Leader with Habitat for Humanity International and has lead (or been part of) teams to Tanzania, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. She has also served on local builds in the Charlotte community.

Janet and her dog, Sam, are certified in pet therapy and help lift the spirits of the sick children at Presbyterian Hospital. Janet also volunteers at the Charlotte Humane Society where she gets to play with the dogs and help prepare them for adoption.

Personal Interests
In her personal life, Janet’s main priority is spending time with her wonderful family and friends, especially her two energizer nephews Eric (5) and Evan (3). Janet lives in the historic Dilworth neighborhood with Sam, the rescue dog, and Zack, the feline dictator. She spends as much time as possible outdoors, especially in her garden, where she eagerly anticipates each spring when her daffodils bloom.
