Jim R. Wadford is the founder and senior coach of Coaching & Consulting International, LLC. Coaching & Consulting International is a coaching, consulting and training organization in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Wadford spent the past twenty years coaching and consulting with organizations in the Southeastern United States and Southern Africa.

Jim has much experience in organizational development. He is an excellent trainer and executive coach with over six hundred logged hours of coaching since 2003. Dr. Wadford is an extremely skilled leader when it comes to leading organizations though transition and change. He is a highly seasoned consultant in the field of conflict management and resolution. Dr. Wadford spends much of his time training and teaching others in the fields of coaching, conflict management, and strategic communication skills.

His desire is to provide high quality coaching and training for leaders in companies, non-profits and religious organizations globally. His training and coaching programs are designed to give people practical experiential learning that will have long-lasting returns for measurable results.

Jim is a graduate of Southern Wesley University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Drew Theological Seminary in Madison, NJ. He is a prolific reader and life-long learner.

Personal Interests
I enjoy walking four to five miles three or four times per week. I also covenant my time with my granddaughter, who is seventeen months old. We spend time exploring her new world on a daily bases.
