Greetings! My name is Laura Neff, and I’m a Life Leadership coach.
Clients who pursue Life Leadership are passionate about their ultimate fulfillment and living a “no-regrets” life. Throughout the coaching process, they define, harness, experience and apply the concept of leadership to all parts of their life. They look for places where who they are and what they crave deep inside isn’t being expressed or exercised in their lives on the outside. And they take a deep breath, and they do something about it. They amplify their ability to be pro-active, empowered, balanced, self-aware and engaged, and they know this process is not just about having a “less mediocre” life. Life Leaders are simply individuals who, over time, have successfully taken full responsibility for creating deeply fulfilling lives!
I coach either in person, via phone, or by online video chat programs such as Skype and iChat. I also host and sometimes co-lead a variety of teleclasses, workshops and retreats throughout the year.

- I am currently President in our Charlotte ICF chapter and previously have co-led our Membership Committee. Additionally, I am a volunteer coach with the Queens University Professional MBA program.
- Community Activities
- I am a board member at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte (with a 625+ member congregation) and have been active in leading Membership there, as well as mentoring youth through our “Coming of Age” program and taking part in other volunteer opportunities.
- Personal Interests
- When I’m not coaching, I love to pick vegetables and herbs from the gardens my husband and I grow. I love to take our dog, Lucie, running in the woods. I enjoy healthy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and I love reading. (I helped start a book club four years ago that is still going strong!) Yoga works its way into many of my days. And I love spending time with important people in my life: my husband, Robert, my family when we can see them, and my amazing friends.
