About

As an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and trainer, Nancy Ring has spent the 20 + years helping individuals and organizations lead with their strengths to create the results they desire. Her diverse client list includes scientific, manufacturing, legal, consulting, academic, and non-profit organizations in the US, Europe, and Japan.

Nancy coaches executives and their leadership teams to create organizations capable of innovation and measurable performance. She agrees wholeheartedly with Peter Drucker’s famous quote about leadership: "The ageless essence of leadership is to create an alignment of strengths in ways that make a system's weaknesses irrelevant."

The Communication Partnership, Ltd. (TCP) is a boutique consulting group that provides customized, practical coaching, consulting, and training solutions that help leaders navigate through their constantly-changing business worlds. Before co-founding TCP in 1990, Nancy’s roles included consulting, training, and coaching for a Chicago firm that managed professional associations, and public interest group organizing and lobbying in the Michigan legislature. Nancy is a certified in The Birkman Method, and received “formal” coach training at Coach University. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Diversity Council of the Carolinas.
