Sustained, desired results are a key focus of Change Innovations, LLC, a business advisory and executive coaching firm. Russ Long, MBA, MHA, MCC serves as Change Innovations’ President. He is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation; has over 35 years of executive & CEO experience in business and healthcare and serves as a Faculty member at Corporate Coach U. His coaching clients are executives, professionals, small business owners and individual leaders. Some selected clients include IBM, Abbot Labs, Federal Aviation Administration, Comcast, Merck etc.

Russ serves as a trusted advisor to individual leaders as well as organizations and executive teams. He volunteers as a mentor to MBA students at Queens University & The Citadel and is the immediate Past President of his Rotary Club. He is an author of various articles on leadership development and has been a selected speaker at conferences in Australia, Europe and the US. Clients say they value his energy, clarity and support.

Russ is married, has one son and enjoys travel, golf and music.

Education, Training and Certifications
Russ is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation; he is a Certified Corporate Coach and Graduate of Corporate Coach U as well as the Coaches Training Institute (both ICF accredited programs). He is certified in Change Management and Organizational Development by the National Training Laboratories in Applied Behavioral Sciences.
Professional Organizations
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and have served on its Research & Education Committee; chaired its Membership Committee and presently serve on its Credentialing Committee. I am an Assessor of coaching credentials. I am a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations. I am a member of the OD Network and other related professional organizations.
Community Activities
I am a Past President of my Rotary Club and President of my business association and a member of the metro Chamber of Commerce.
Personal Interests
I enjoy travel, reading, golf, music, gardening and our pet dogs and cats. I am married with one adult son and daughter-in-law and new grandson.
