International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leader in developing a definition and philosophy of coaching, as well as establishing a set of ethical standards that ICF members pledge to uphold.
ICF and the Charlotte Area Charter Chapter (ICF-CACC) are committed to upholding and promoting the highest ethical standards for coaches. Read more about ICF's Code of Ethics.
Prerequisites for all Board of Director roles:
- Must be a member in good standing of ICF Global.
- Must be a member in good standing of ICF Charlotte Area Charter Chapter.
- Must be able to attend all board meetings.
- Must be practicing a form of coaching as a private practitioner, as an internal corporate coach, or as a manager/leader using coaching as a management skill or style.
- Preferably holds a current ACC, PCC, or MCC certification with ICF Global or is actively working toward certification.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another ICF-CACC member for the Board of Directors, please complete the application in its entirety by October 15, 2024 at 5 p.m. Eastern time.
Please complete the questions to help shape a biography of yourself to help the Nominations Committee better evaluate your application. Nominees will only be listed for election to ONE director position however, you can express interest in more than one in the application. The Nominations Committee will discuss available positions with each nominee before elections are conducted.
