Session 2: Managing Connection in Coaching Relationships through Presence, Resonance, & Resilience

Effective coaching relationships are partnerships of shared growth and challenge. By attending to and working with presence and quality of resonance, coaches can influence their clients' context for growth in the session and model methods to build resilience beyond their conversations. In this session, we will consider practices, tools, and mindsets that enrich the quality of connection and increase balance and well-being for coaches and clients.

Meet Your Presenter: Susan Johnson O'Neil, Ph.D.

Susan Johnson

Susan is a veteran executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in supporting C-Suite and high-potential leaders in navigating demanding roles and developing greater capacity to create organizational advantage. In addition to her coaching expertise, Susan is also a seasoned strategic advisor and organizational development consultant with extensive experience building leadership excellence, organizational innovation & transformation, and engaged workplaces.
