Western Carolinas Monthly Program: REINVENTION: Transformational Tools For Your Coaching

When: 5/6/2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Where: Virtual Meeting - Meeting link is provided after registering.
Are you ready to look at your patterns of comfort and discomfort and experience a 3-step reinvention process you can use for yourself and your clients?

Reinvention is a valuable tool for you to use when working with your clients in asking great, transformational questions. Can you imagine what your life and coaching business will look like if reinvention is your super-power? Get ready to put on your cape!

Review how you perceive discomfort: Do you think help is coming or are you uncertain? We will look at discomfort/comfort as a pattern and you will be able to identify where you need to spend more time to change your patterns. Coaches will be able to see how they can ask questions to allow their clients to identify these patterns and work on them as well.

Participants will be taken through a three-step process:
  1. Life Wheel where people will identify three things they want to work on
  2. From those three items, create 25 versions of their future headline
  3. Use the STELLAR (Starting Point, Ending Point, Lines and Limits, Actions and Results) to create short sprints to their goals (which will be defined as ranges)
Learning outcomes include:
  • How to identify what to reinvent based on your patterns of experience
  • How to create your success headline
  • How to develop a flexible plan with achievable sprints that align with your overall goals.
  • Lastly, participants will be left with the tools to take their clients through this transformational, reinvention process.
CCEUs will be available for this program: 1 Core Competencies and .5 Resource Development Credits.
