February Coaching Conversation: Coaching for What is Possible: Cultivating Courage with Your Clients

When: 2/21/2023 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM
Where: Virtual Meeting - Meeting link is provided after registering.

People who seek coaching generally are seeking to change something in their lives. However, with change, there is often resistance. And with resistance, there is often fear. This session offers tools for insights and tangible actions that we can employ with our clients (and with ourselves) to identify where the obstacles and fear is coming from, reframe the emotion of fear, and design practical interventions that bolster courage.

Learning Objectives:
1.    Identify the barriers/fears that are preventing a client from taking action.
2.    Reframe the emotion of fear so that we learn to harness the fear response.
3.    Design consistent actions that bolster courage and enable progress towards goals.
