Session 3: Neurodiversity in the Workplace: The Coaching Opportunity
Organizations are looking for ways to maximize their DEI and may realize that neurodiversity has a major part to play. In this session, we will discover the opportunities that could await organizations should neurodiversity be a part of their strategic internal focus. Participants will gain insights into how coaching is such a powerful tool for the neurodiverse.
Continuing Coach Education Units (CCE) units available for this program: 1.0 (0.5 Core Competencies, 0.5 Resource Development)
Meet Your Presenter: Tim Hutchinson
Tim Hutchison is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a BSBA, President Elect of ICF CACC, and an eight generation Charlottean. He has been working with adults and young people with ADHD for 10 years to help them gain clarity about priorities, life goals and empowering them to enjoy life. After running a small business here in Charlotte for 11 years that welcomed and hired neurodiverse individuals, he is now a full time Life Coach and Professional Organizer with a focus in ADHD.
