Meet ICF-CAC 2020 President Leslie Grygiel

Leslie Grygiel, ACC, CCPC, is a professional leadership development coach. She combines her performance consulting, learning & development and coaching skillsets to improve the positive impact and financial performance of leaders, teams, and organizations. 

Leslie has extensive experience in the financial services industry, from her start as a commercial lender to her most recent corporate role as the Chief Learning Officer for the commercial banking division of a top 10 U.S. firm. 

A passionate believer in continuous improvement, Leslie constantly brings fresh concepts, approaches and tools from a wide variety of disciplines to her coaching practice. Her clients range from emerging people leaders to executives, in corporate and not-for-profit organizations in the United States, South America and Europe.

Leslie is the 2020 president of the Charlotte Area Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
