Originally shared with Friends of Government Coaching (FOGC), this session was created to help coaches navigate uncertainty, build resilience, and empower their clients during times of disruption and transition. It provides a grounded, reflective framework that speaks directly to the emotional and professional realities many coaches and their clients face today. This training is designed exclusively for professional coaches and focuses on strengthening real-time coaching skills in dynamic and uncertain situations. Participants will leave with a practical reflective model and experiential tools that can be applied immediately to enhance coaching effectiveness and support meaningful client outcomes.

Four Powerful Reflection will be used to guide participants through:

  • Clues of Hope Where are the signs of hope?
  • Actual vs. Assumed What do I know vs. what do I think I know?
  • Lasting vs. Changing What will change, and what will not?
  • Meaningful Support Who and what can help?
