Lorin will share her Intention Wheel™ - a tool she has used for over 20 years with almost every clients she works with. It provides her as the coach the roadmap for her clients. It also helps each client know exactly what they are 'purchasing' when they say yes to coaching. It has become a solid tool that is at the core of Lorin's success. She will show you how it becomes also an enrollment tool, a coaching tool, a content tool and also a re-enrollment tool. Over 25 percent of Lorin's clients have worked with her for over 10 years. If you are looking to take your coaching practice to another level, this session will give you inspiration and insight and an introduction to a solid tool.

- The difference between goals and intentions and how to use them to guide clients better.
- The difference between two types of goals and how to guide clients with very measurable accountabilities.
- How to use intentions and goals to create a more clear understanding of exactly what coaching is. And to create a more powerful proposal with clear direction for the client so they know what they are saying yes to for one year.
- How to use intentions and goals to re-enroll a client at the end of a year engagement.
- How to use intentions and goals as a coaching and content tool for you as the coach.

Meet Your Presenter: Lorin Beller, PCC
Lorin Beller is an Amazon best-selling author. She is also an entrepreneur, strategist, coach, speaker, inspirer and most important, a single mom. Lorin, an entrepreneur since she was laid off from her first job 30 years ago, has owned a number of businesses, one of which she grew to a 3 million dollar firm, then sold it.Since 2001, Lorin has owned, Lorin Beller & Co. Lorin and her team have been working with Women Entrepreneurs almost exclusively the past 22 years in the area of Conscious Leadership. Lorin Beller & Co does this with the tool Lorin created in 2002 at the heart of it all, her Intention Wheel.
In 2010, Lorin was honored to be the recipient of two prestigious Stevie awards: Women Supporting Women and Mentor of the Year. Lorin has served on NAWBO's National Board and Enterprising Women Magazine's Advisory Board. Lorin's mission is supporting entrepreneurs to consciously create wild success and have an extraordinary life. Recently Lorin launched the Change Maker Community which supports teams and individuals to be more intentional. She also certifies other coaches to use her Intention Wheel(s) in their work.
