Through her company, The Coaching Seat®, she mentors and strengthens certified and emerging coaches to become extraordinary in their craft and consistent in their business impact.
As the founder of The Coaching Seat®'s Alliance for Professional Coaches, Toyinda cultivates a vibrant private community that fosters continuous development, peer connection, and professional accountability. She also leads The Coaching Seat®'s Business Builder Platform, a strategic coaching ecosystem designed to help coaches launch, structure, and grow a sustainable, profitable practice.
