Meet Your Presenters: Kristen Lampert and Bill Carmody, PCC

A Co-Active Trained CPCC coach, Kristen leverages the Positive Intelligence framework in the design of mental fitness group and individual coaching sessions with entrepreneurs and C-Suite leaders. Kristen has nearly two decades of experience coaching and mentoring CEOs and the leadership teams of venture-backed and founder-led companies. She previously served in HR leadership roles in the financial services, private equity, and legal services industries. She is the Past President of the Charlotte Area chapter of the International Coaching Federation and an ACC and CPCC certified coach.   









Bill Carmody is Head of Coaching for Positive Intelligence and oversees the application of mental fitness for thousands of coaches worldwide. He is also responsible for the creation and rollout of the business development program and has a passion for supporting coaches elevating the business end of their coaching business.

Bill Carmody has had some epic adventures. From becoming a Top 100 sales influencer to standing next to Tony Robbins as he rang the opening bell for NASDAQ to dropping 50 pounds and finishing in the top 50% in his first 140.6 mile Ironman.
