Western Carolinas Monthly: Managing our Personal Energy to Show Up as our Best Selves for our Coaching Clients”

When: 6/2/2023 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Where: Virtual Meeting - Meeting link is provided after registering.

Managing and expanding one's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy through intentional recovery and "training stress" (discomfort) are foundational elements to showing up fully engaged with our coaching clients. We'll explore the power of purpose in our lives as coaches as well as practical ways to manage, grow, and recover our energy throughout the day. We will leverage the great work of energy management and resilience pioneers Dr. Jim Loehr, Dr. Jack Groppel, and Tony Schwartz (founders of J&J's Human Performance Institute and The Energy Project).

Come ready to discuss:

  • How can you better manage your energy to show up as your "Best Self" both professionally and personally?
  • What gets in your way of taking recovery breaks throughout the day?
  • How do you leverage your life purpose when coaching, training, and/or facilitating with your clients?
  • What are the ways you prepare yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually prior to coaching engagements with clients?

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover the power of your life purpose in your coaching work.
  • Identify practical ways to manage and expand your personal energy by leveraging the power of recovery.
  • Share your best practices in preparing for your coaching sessions through the lens of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy.
