The Queens University Master of Science in Talent & Organization Development (MSTOD) program offers a mini-conference to the public each year with a new theme. Summer 2024 explores Coaching in Organizations with multiple sessions that address coaching from an interpersonal to an organizational level. With interactive sessions led by coaching professionals and experts, participants will engage with the content while networking with other professionals. This event is an excellent opportunity for coaches, HR leaders, and business professionals dedicated to enhancing their skills in talent development and organizational effectiveness.
