Join us for a panel discussion that invites the Charlotte business community to transform the Great Resignation into the Great Reinvention. Learn from local leaders, coaches, and clients about what really goes into building a healthier and happier relationship with work. 

We've invited four expert panelists to weigh in on coaching's impact on the Great Resignation and share their perspective of the Great Reinvention.

This dynamic session will give business leaders and employees alike the insight to understand how coaching can help you find your purpose, explore new career paths, and optimize future employment opportunities. We also want to inspire leaders across Charlotte to use coaching skills to rethink and rebuild the way they attract, retain, and inspire great talent. 

Participants in both virtual and in-person environments will walk away with:

•    New understanding of the value and impact of coaching in today's business environment

Ericka Spradley
Career Coach / Chief PowHer-Officer, Confident Career Woman

Ericka brings 10+ years as a leader, entrepreneur, author, and coach whose published content can be found on Forbes.com, Black Enterprise.com and the Thrive Global platform. As a strategic developer and relator, Ericka's transformational coaching involves building a trusting coach-client alliance where she offers authentic support to clients along their journey to career success. Ericka holds B.A. in management (concentration in Human Resources) from Strayer University and taught College and Career Readiness as an adjunct faculty member at Central Piedmont Community College. 


Anne Patterson
VP and head of Executive, Leadership, and Professional Development, TIAA 

Anne has dedicated her professional career to executing on the disciplines of leadership development and talent management with a passion for learning, developing leaders, and coaching for success. Currently she heads TIAA's leadership development programming and facilitates professional development programs for all associates. She worked for 23 years at Bank of America, where she held various senior leadership positions. Anne is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with her husband and oldest daughter.




Marie Mann
HR Executive Partner, Gartner

In her role at Gartner, Marie provides expert knowledge and insights focused on executive-level HR challenges for Fortune 50 to small-business clients. Marie is a dynamic, award-winning former CHRO, trusted C-suite adviser and inclusive change leader with over 25 years of experience in domestic and international roles. Her broad experience includes leading HR and talent strategies in fast-paced organizations experiencing disruption, transformation and change, with a particular focus on creating inclusive and diverse workforces in mission-driven cultures. Marie has her M.S. and Ed.S. in counseling psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, and her B.S. from Wagner College. 


Shamar Terrell, MA, ACC, LFGC

Leadership, Life and Mental Health Coach at Tricycle Coaching Consulting and Training 
Shamar is a Navy veteran, pastor, leadership, life and mental health coach. For the last 15 years he has worked in corporate, nonprofit, government consulting and leadership development spaces to help individuals develop mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience toward preventing burnout. He is passionate about helping individuals take control of their narrative and feel like they are the hero of their story. Shamar is the CEO and founder of Tricycle CCT and was named among the top 20 coaches in Charlotte, NC. He also holds degrees in organizational leadership and management, psychology and practical theology from Regent University as well as a certificate of lay counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
