Western Carolinas Monthly Meeting: Coaches and Consultants: Is Your Client Right For You?

When: 10/2/2020 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Join us as Roxi Bahar Hewertson shares how we as coaches and consultants can better discern whether a new potential client is a good match for us, and whether we are a good match for them. Roxi will adapt her eight A-H Factors for choosing the right person for the right purpose at the right time, from her new book, Hire Right, Fire Right: A Leader's Guide to Finding and Keeping Your Best People. The eight A-H Factors include: Attitude, Brains, Drive, Emotional Intelligence, Fit, Gut, and Heart.

The goals of our discussion are to:

  1. Identify your ideal avatar client: Who are they; what work do they do or care about doing; why do they want your help; why do you LOVE working with them?
  2. Identify your "no-go" client: Who are they; what work do they do or care about doing; why wouldn't you want to work with them?
  3. Begin to create your own A-H questions that need to be answered for you to be confident you are choosing to work with the right clients.
  4. Begin to create the questions you want your clients to be asking you before you agree to work with them.

To participate in our tradition of fun introductions, bring your favorite piece of sports gear, or a visible example of your favorite hobby to display!

1.0 Core Competency CCEUs will be available for this program.
