Most coaching conversations generate insight, but far fewer lead to sustained behavior change. This session explores "The Growth Gap," the critical space between what clients realize and what they actually implement. Coaches often stop at awareness, unintentionally leaving clients without the structure, strategy, or support needed to translate insight into meaningful action.

Using the G.R.O.W.T.H.™ Framework, participants will learn a practical, repeatable approach to facilitating client growth that is both actionable and grounded in real-world context. This model equips coaches to design aligned goals, anticipate barriers, reinforce progress, and support client autonomy, resulting in coaching conversations that move beyond insight and consistently drive sustainable, real-life impact.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify when coaching conversations stall at insight and apply strategies to move clients toward clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Use a structured model to guide clients from awareness to action, including goal-setting, barrier identification, and accountability.
  • Support clients in integrating learning into their real-world context while maintaining autonomy, ownership, and long-term progress.
