Authenticity is a way of life, a presence, a practice, a special voyage that takes time to discover or rediscover. How much of YOU is really showing up at home? At work? In life?
Perhaps you've heard the catchphrase "be true to yourself." Well ... which self am I being true to? Which one do I want to be true to? What am I ready to start believing to let the authentic me shine through? What will it be like when I embody this wholehearted authenticity from within?
Digging deeper and honoring "Who I Am" allows us to connect into "Who We Are" on a personal, professional, and human level. It opens up the door for us to become intuitive, inclusive leaders and coaches for those we're fortunate to connect with.
"Becoming authentic means to know who you really are -- to know where you stand, what you value, what you desire, what you tolerate and what you don't ... Offer your authentic gifts as bravely and beautifully as you're able to." --Bill Plotkin
