Western Carolinas Monthly Program: Creative Virtual Tools for Coaches

When: 11/5/2021 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Many coaching conversations center around the coach asking questions and the client responding. While this is often effective, sometimes it's valuable to provide different tools to engage deeper reflection or creative thinking. In this session, learn and experience new tools you can use in your virtual coaching sessions to help your client reach their full potential. 

Objectives:
Learn to connect so it feels like you are in-person
Learn to use tools that will deepen your coaching conversations in a virtual setting. 
Examine how to use technology to your advantage


CCEUs will be available for this program: .5 Core Competencies and .75 Resource Development Credits. 

Meet Your Presenter: Dr Amy Climer

Dr. Amy Climer has decades of experience facilitating teams and designing learning experiences. She has delivered countless webinars, keynoted conferences, and designed in-person and online programs such as The Deliberate Facilitator and Leading Engaging Virtual Meetings. Amy is also the host of The Deliberate Creative™ Podcast and the designer of Climer Cards, a creativity and teambuilding tool used by thousands to deepen conversations. In 2020, she developed Virtual Climer Cards, a new online tool that provides countless ways for facilitators to engage groups during remote sessions and that we'll be using in our session. Amy holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and a Master's degree in Outdoor Education. In 2016, she won the Karl Rhonke Creativity Award from the Association for Experiential Education. Amy lives in Asheville, NC.
