Are you using LinkedIn properly as a marketing tool? Have you ever wondered how to optimize your profile to make it stand out? LinkedIn is the primary multinational platform tool available worldwide to find and reach people at all levels who can share insights, provide referrals, and make hiring decisions.

During the program, participants will learn best practices and actionable tips to leverage LinkedIn to enhance their personal brands and showcase their strengths to use the platform as a powerful marketing tool.

The training aims to build participants' collective capacity to grow their professional presence effectively, connect with the ideal audience, build a network of connections and use LinkedIn strategically to gain exposure to find professional opportunities.

Meet Your Presenter: Sandra P. Buteau

Sandra P. Buteau is the President of L2T Global Consulting, LLC (L2T), a certified women-owned small business serving individuals, companies, and organizations by providing leadership development, executive coaching, multicultural training, facilitation, and career management coaching services. She brings over 20 years of experience coaching clients across the United States and worldwide in the private and public sectors. 

Sandra partners with high-potential professionals and leadership teams to drive positive transitions and transformations to help clients achieve targeted results and operate at their best in today's competitive and global markets. Her goal as a coach is to support each client to achieve maximum success aligned with their values and strengths. She helps leaders communicate effectively, build trust in relationships, navigate transitions, and develop personal effectiveness in the workplace. 

Before establishing L2T, Sandra worked in the legal field, at a multinational professional services network firm, as a career coach at Georgetown University Law Center, and in a global career management and talent strategy company.   Sandra earned a law degree from the University of Panama and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. She holds a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received extensive training in Mentor Coaching. Sandra is certified in the Hogan Forecast Series Assessments and the Six Domains of Leadership Survey. Sandra is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Practitioner (MBTI), a Value-Added Associate for TTI SI (DISC assessment), and a Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Teacher Trainer. Her international background and ability to speak English, Spanish, and French enable her to excel in specialized and diverse contexts.
