Western Carolinas Monthly Program: Assessing Entrepreneurial Mindset for Coaches and Clients

When: 9/9/2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Where: Virtual Meeting - Meeting link is provided after registering.
Entrepreneurial mindset is not just for business owners anymore; professional coaches, organizational leaders, individual contributors and even college students can benefit from adopting a more entrepreneurial approach. But what exactly do we mean by entrepreneurial mindset, and how can we assess it? The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP) is an empirically-based, self-report assessment that has been used in organizations and universities around the world since 2013.

The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP), developed at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College, is based on extensive research into the traits, motivations and skills of entrepreneurs. The EMP enables individuals and teams to identify and leverage their unique strengths in entrepreneurial thought and action while simultaneously developing strategies to compensate for any weaknesses.

Whether your goal is to help your clients drive innovation within their organizations, scale your own business, or simply develop greater awareness of your unique contributions to the world of work, you'll leave this presentation with practical insights and actionable ideas. This informative workshop will be led by one of our own WCC members, Dr. Jen Hall, founder of Mindset Coaching and one of the authors of the EMP assessment.

CCEUs will be available for this program: 1.5 Resource Development Credits
