When you move into a leadership role, nobody hands you a playbook. The transition from being an individual contributor to leading a team of people is challenging. New leaders often flounder, and some fail. In this interactive session, leadership coach and bestselling author Bill Treasurer will share insights and tips about coaching new leaders. You'll learn...

•    Common struggles and fears that new leaders face.
•    How to help new leaders identify and close developmental gaps.
•    The importance of "personal fidelity" and how to encourage it.

Even if you do very little leadership coaching, you'll find this session useful because the main focus is coaching clients through difficult transitions. Who needs a playbook when you've got great coaches like us?!

CCEUs will be available for this program: TBD Core Competencies and TBD Resource Development Credits.
