From equipping Fortune 100 leaders in cross-cultural communication skills, to managing a global coaching cadre, to serving as a trusted confidant to C-Suite leaders, she has proven experience that makes her a seasoned coach, facilitator, and professional.   

Megan Marshall is the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Executive Coaching at AIIR Consulting, As CCO, Megan is responsible for all delivery across AIIR's global services. Since moving into an executive role, AIIR has experienced triple-digit growth. As Head of Executive Coaching, Mega leads AIIR's executive coaching strategy globally to ensure AIIR offers best-in-class coaching that produces measurable results.
