Western Carolinas Monthly Program: How the Kolbe Framework Can Improve Your Client's Self-Awareness and Improve Coaching Effectiveness

When: 5/5/2023 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Where: Virtual Meeting - Meeting link is provided after registering.
A variety of assessments, such as Myers-Briggs, DISC, StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, etc., have been used in coaching for years to increase clients' self-knowledge.

But how easily are those results translated into productive behaviors? How well do they really predict how we uniquely and instinctively initiate action in the performance of tasks and in problem-solving?

In this presentation, attendees will learn about the only assessment that consistently does that--the Kolbe A™ Index. Based not on personality-based preferences as most other assessments are, this flagship of the suite of Kolbe indices measures a part of the human creative process that has been neglected for centuries--conation, or striving. It reveals how we instinctively act in practical terms that directly relate to lower stress and higher personal and team productivity. Best of all it uses terminology that is easy to remember and put into practice.

Learning objective: Introduction to a tool that can both enhance coach-client communication and provide clients with a practical framework for reducing stress and increasing productivity in the workplace.

CCEUs will be available for this program: 0.75 Core Competencies and 0.75 Resource Development
