This session provides a basic understanding of The Leadership Nexus Assessment and how it can be used for a deeper understanding of Role-Aligned Leadership. Including in-depth descriptions of the 5 Leadership Levels, this talk details the characteristics and functions of each level and an examination of how these levels function within the leadership structure of an organization.
It is deal for coaches who are interested in developing a new way to talk with their clients about leadership development, job performance, and professional growth!

Meet Your Presenter: THOMAS P. DESCH, MS ED.

Tom is an experienced Executive Coach and a Senior Partner at Explore Development, LLC. He
has coached more than 300 business leaders over the past 20 years. His coaching participants
have included professionals from the staff level through regional and international corporate
executives with a focus on healthcare administrators and clinicians.
Certified in the MBTI, Denison Organizational Culture Survey, Denison Leadership Survey, FiroB,
and PaperPlanes, Inc., Tom has been instrumental in coaching a wide variety of corporate
clients through high levels of change. He has designed and facilitated simulations for leadership
development, stress management, team-building, and effective communication and uses these
simulations to magnify the learning process.
As the principle author of The Leadership Nexus and developer of The Leadership Nexus
Assessment, he has been instrumental in promoting the concept of Role-Aligned Leadership, an
approach to leadership development that has demonstrated exceptional success in helping
leaders improve their skills.
Tom has a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Counseling from the University
of Dayton.
