This salon is an invitation for coaches to step back from technique and into a shared inquiry about the work itself. Together we will sit with a single question: what is this moment asking us to help our clients become? We will move from functional, performance-oriented coaching toward the developmental and transformational work the times now require. The format is a salon, not a lecture: a short provocation, Socratic dialogue, and small group rounds that build toward a felt sense of community.
