About

Louise Korver brings to her work with senior executives and their teams experience across 30 years in progressive leadership roles at large, global companies, including AT&T, Bank of America, and EMC. She coaches executive leaders with global responsibilities and women new to senior leadership positions. She is an expert on executive identity. Her most recent book is about leadership identity, especially the role life experiences play in creating the leader's brand. Her first book on onboarding focuses on mid-career job changes. Both books are available on Amazon.com. Louise teaches in the Academic Programs Division, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
