Event Policies


ICF-CACC reserves the right to cancel a program or event for any reason and to refund fees paid directly to ICF-CACC by registrants for that program.

Program or Event Refunds

The payment of fees represents a commitment of your participation in a program of event. When a member cancels an event without reasonable notice, another member may be prevented from participating.

The ICF-CACC policy is to offer a full refund for online refund requests made 7 calendar days(or more) prior to the event date. A request made less than 7 calendar days(or more) prior to the event date will be denied. No refund will be made without confirmed cancellation 7 calendar days (or more) prior to the event.

Sponsorship Refunds

The payment of sponsorship fees represents a commitment to purchase sponsorship packages, sponsorship of an event, or advertising. It is the policy of ICF-CACC to not issue any refunds under any circumstances. If a sponsored event is cancelled, the sponsorship will be transferred to another event.
