Active Hope is a modality founded by Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone that has been used for over three decades to create space for processing in moments of crisis and building hope from within. Participating coaches will first experience the Active Hope framework and then discuss its application in our own practice. We invite you to join an exploration of a way to incorporate gratitude, perspective and hope into our lives as we manage through COVID-19. We activate hope so it spreads faster than the virus and serve as a bridge for all human beings to move from hopeless to hopeful and helpful.
